Refund Policy

1. One-time analysis purchases

You may request a refund for an unused one-time RJNS analysis credit within 14 days of purchase. Once a paid analysis has started and the associated analysis credit has been consumed, the digital service is normally considered delivered and is not refundable solely because the resulting public metrics differ from expectations or because some Instagram metrics are unavailable.

2. Technical failures

If RJNS consumes a paid credit but the analysis fails because of a confirmed technical problem in RJNS or its data-processing flow, we may restore the analysis credit or provide a refund as appropriate. The system is designed to restore a consumed paid credit automatically when the associated provider run fails, aborts, or times out.

3. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or if the amount charged does not match the checkout you accepted, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

4. Subscriptions

When recurring RJNS plans become available, cancellation will stop future renewal according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Unless required by law or caused by a confirmed billing or technical error, fees for a subscription period that has already started are generally not prorated based solely on unused allowance.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived in your jurisdiction.

6. How to request a refund

Submit a request through the RJNS Contact page. Select Billing or refund and include the email address used at checkout plus the order identifier or receipt details if available. Do not send full payment-card numbers or other sensitive card information.

7. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The time for funds to appear can depend on the original payment method and financial institution.
