Terms of Service

1. The service

RJNS provides software that retrieves and organizes publicly available Instagram post information for content research. Features may include ranking posts, calculating visible engagement and engagement-rate metrics, comparing posts with sample baselines, identifying performance outliers, exporting analysis results, creating an RJNS account, and saving completed analysis history for later access.

2. Accounts and account security

You may create an RJNS account using an email address and password. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse an account to circumvent usage or billing controls.

Account features may evolve as RJNS develops. Saved analysis history is provided as a convenience and should not be treated as a permanent archival or backup service. You remain responsible for exporting or otherwise retaining research that is important to you.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use RJNS only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, scrape private accounts, interfere with RJNS infrastructure, automate abusive request volumes, resell access without permission, compromise another user's account, or attempt to circumvent account, trial, rate-limit, billing, or entitlement controls.

4. Public data and metric availability

RJNS analyzes public information obtained through third-party data infrastructure. Instagram may change what information is publicly available, and individual posts may not expose every metric. RJNS therefore does not guarantee that views, shares, comments, likes, captions, dates, or other fields will always be complete or available.

Metrics labeled as sample-based apply only to the posts included in the relevant RJNS analysis. They should not be interpreted as measurements of an account's entire history unless the product expressly states otherwise.

5. Free usage

RJNS may provide a limited free analysis. Free usage limits may be associated with an RJNS account and may also use browser, network, device, or other reasonable anti-abuse controls. Creating additional accounts, deleting cookies, or using other techniques for the purpose of repeatedly bypassing free limits is not permitted. We may adjust free limits when necessary to protect service availability or prevent abuse.

6. Saved analyses

When you are signed in, RJNS may save normalized public Instagram results and analysis metadata to your account so completed research can be reopened without starting the same analysis workflow again. Saved results reflect the public data available when the analysis was performed and may become stale. Reopening a saved result does not mean RJNS has refreshed the underlying Instagram data.

7. Paid products

Paid RJNS products may include one-time analysis credits and subscription plans. The features, usage limits, and price shown at checkout govern the purchase. A one-time analysis credit is consumed when a paid analysis is started or when an eligible paid result is delivered from a valid cache.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may collect billing information, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and administer payment-related matters under its own terms and policies.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is described in the RJNS Refund Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

RJNS software, branding, interface design, documentation, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Instagram content analyzed through RJNS remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Using RJNS does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you or to RJNS.

10. Third-party services

RJNS depends on third-party providers including hosting, database, public-data, and payment infrastructure. Service availability can therefore be affected by provider outages, platform changes, network conditions, account restrictions, or other circumstances outside RJNS's control.

11. No professional advice

RJNS provides software-generated content-performance information for research and decision support. Results are not a guarantee of future social-media performance, revenue, reach, or business outcomes.

12. Service changes and suspension

We may change, improve, restrict, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unpaid purchases, chargebacks, legal obligations, or material violations of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

RJNS is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no promise that every public post or metric will be retrievable, that the service will be uninterrupted, that saved history will be retained indefinitely, or that third-party platforms will continue to expose the same data.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RJNS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, reliance on analysis results, loss of saved research, or interruption of third-party infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RJNS develops. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
